What if my fin(s) arrives damaged / faulty?

Contact us immediately.

If you believe that damage occurred during shipping, please take pictures of the shipping packaging and item(s), this will help us identify how the problem was caused. Once you have contacted us and sent pictures you may well be able to continue using the product until a solution or replacement is arranged.

If you believe that your fin(s) is faulty please take pictures and contact us.


What if the wrong item(s) is received?

If there is an error with your shipment, please contact us and we will put it right.
